Kim is a spiritual and faith thought leader. She is available to lead day or weekend retreats to improve staff relationships, renew faith, deepen the lines of communication and ability to resolve conflicts.
She has years of experience as a Human Resources business partner and can help you develop a vision and strategic plan for your faith-based organization. She has also led Leadership Summits for ministry leaders, volunteers, and small groups; topics include: Discovering Your Gifts and Talents, Preparing for Advent and Lent, Growing in Faith, Empowering Hope and Healing, Prayer, to name a few.
Kim is also trained to guide the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.

Kim is trained as a life coach to help you discover your purpose and mission for life. You are never too young or too old to determine and/or renew your purpose. Embark on a journey with Kim of self-discovery, creating goals, and moving toward achievement.
